We are only able to process orders via our website as we do not operate a traditional sales line. This will also enable us to keep customer and payment information as secure as possible.

We process most orders within the same day if placed before noon. We do not process orders on the weekends and bank holidays.
Our standard shipping are sent via 48 services, so if there were no delays in transit, you should receive your orders within 2 business days.
We use Royal Mail for most of our orders and UPS for larger and heavier orders. In some cases we may have to use other couriers.
