Ordered two of these as a cheaper option, easy to order, quick delivery, but use by dates both August 2025, as using 2 heaped teaspoons a day not sure I will use both by then

I add 30 grams. in the morning to yoghurt. Great and benefitial.

Women should have around 20 gram of fibre daily.
Man should have around 35 gram of fibre daily.
