Very disapointed

I’m extremely disappointed with the quality of the ground almonds I received. As a professional baker, I rely on consistent, high-quality ingredients—and this batch was a complete letdown. The almonds had a strange, unpleasant taste and completely ruined the flavour of my cookies. I’ve had to throw away entire batches of product and take a loss on ingredients and time.

I reached out to customer service expecting a response or at least an apology from a manager—no one ever got back to me. And now, instead of addressing the issue, they’ve sent me a review request. This shows a total lack of care for loyal customers and basic quality control.

Avoid if you care about your baking. I won’t be ordering from them again.
