Good quality

Had the flax a few times now and it is now part of my breakfast cereal. I think the quality is good and particularly like the fact it is organic.The cost is good in comparison to other suppliers and I believe it is doing me good regarding reducing my cholesterol l. Its easy to combine with my porridge and intend using this for the foreseeable future.
