Please inform Damon that my order arrived in perfect condition on paying e28.28 customs charges which I was expecting after Brexit!! As regards the product itself I was disappointed .I enjoy ginger and ginger related products but I found your product much too difficult to consume - I even tried marinating the pieces in green tea to help soften the bite !! Also the pieces are much too stringy even after cutting them in pieces . The end for me was I had a supply of "Super Food" that I was unable eat!!

A knotty string challenge

Really not sure how to use these. I expected small chewy bits of ginger. But they are so tough, stringy and knotty that I'm at a loss to know how you are meant to add them to food. I've tried pouring over hot water to create a drink, and I think this is going to be their fate as anything beyond that is just not edible.
